Hello, my name is Sara.
My aim is to help you find your own personal rhythm and connection - to let you sparkle and share your talents with friends, family, and the wider community.
Whether a young person, a parent or a director - I’m here to help you find your Joy.
Connection with the world around us is at the core of what I offer, whether it be 1-2-1, in a group, or a ceremony at sacred sites.

As an experienced coach, healer and facilitator of groups I run workshops and ceremonies that are designed to help you connect more deeply with the real you and the world around you.

Personalised Coaching and Healing Sessions
I love working with people to help them realise their full potential. With a range of skills and knowledge to share, I will work with you to meet your needs. It could be coaching you to realise your life goals, it could be an energy medicine or shamanic healing, it could be a personal ceremony, it could be helping you to find your own rhythm and pace and connection to the land around you - be it your garden, your local environment. My role is to work alongside you and support you to find your way forward.

A session with me might involve
A drum, rattle or feather
These are my tools that help me to help you: they help me to connect with greater awareness, and create a bridge between our “head mind” and our shared deeper and intuitive knowing. I also work with them to break up stagnant and rigid energy patterns to free us up for more flow, joy and synchronicities in life.
Oracle Cards
I may offer you an Oracle Card to give you a different perspective into particular issue or presenting problem. I call them magic cards as they often provide true guidance and insight needed at that moment in time.
An open mind
I’ll encourage you to have an open mind to the ideas and approach I use. More importantly I’ll encourage you to settle into your heart mind to escape the busyness of the head mind.
